Personality
We need people with an empathetic heart for empowering and supporting vulnerable individuals in their daily goals. Therefore, having a close family member who is autistic or has an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD) would help to understand what it takes to be successful.

It would help if you also believed that people with disabilities or those requiring mental health support have the right to define and pursue their life choices and actively participate in the community.
Education
Applicants must possess a Class 5 Drivers license. However, no other qualifications are mandatory, although having an Undergraduate degree is a plus. We also require individuals to show competency and professionalism in the workplace.
Skills
Experience in teaching is an asset for conducting classes, while organizational acumen is desirable for planning programs.
